Exhibitor Notes

  • Provided: 8' Draped Table with black table cloth & two chairs
  • Cost: $50 per table
  • Exhibitor required to provide own signage
  • No electricity will be provided
  • Those desiring to set up on Friday can do so between 3:00 - 7:00 PM
    • Please text Kent (714-323-3207) if you plan to set up on Friday
  • Please call Kent (714-323-3207) when you arrive - both on Oct. 7 & Oct 8
  • Doors open at 7:30 AM on Saturday
  • Internet Wifi will be provided

Contract Agreement

By entering into this contractual agreement to exhibit at the 2022 CMTA Event “you” the vendor/exhibitor, hereby agree to hold the Christian Ministries Training Association, its officers, employees, agents, volunteers, contractors and subcontractors harmless as a result of any and all claims arising out of your participation. Christian Ministries Training Association does not provide any insurance for your organization.

The CMTA HYBRID Event is a public event whereby ALL in attendance may be photographed and/or captured by video at any time during the duration of the convention. By participating in the convention in any capacity, you hereby agree that your image, sound and video taping may be used in any media and for the sole purpose of advertising, promotion and marketing CMTA without receiving compensation of any kind. Any images, sound, or video taping taken at the convention may be combined· with other images, text and graphics, cropped, altered and/or modified. CMTA has all right to images, sound or video taping and shall not be liable for any claims for any reason.
